GAA advised and managed the recent rebranded to Market Quarter following an extensive value-add refurbishment by Oaktree Capital and CompassRock.

After understanding local market demands, the refurbishment aimed to modernize the property, upgrade amenities, and enhance the overall resident experience, leading to the ultimate rebranding. GAA were involved throughout, from initial market research, location, type and design of new amenity spaces, improvements to leasing journey, FF&E tendering and working alongside interior designers to select BTR ready specifications and create appealing and well activated spaces.

The transformation solidified its standing as a high-quality, adaptable rental property, reflecting trends in the BTR sector. It now provides an upgraded, lifestyle-focused living experience, enhancing its appeal to renters and securing its status as a premier BTR development which was subsequently delivering income 40% above its underwritten income estimate.
