Melissa Knox-Young, FARLA is Head of Leasing & Strategy, drawing on a decade’s experience in leasing and property management. She spent five years at Knight Frank, specialising in investment lettings and management, where she developed deep expertise in driving operational performance and tenant satisfaction.

Melissa is FARLA qualified and a member of PropertyMark, and has been recognised with the High Achiever prize in the PropertyMark Awards for her outstanding contributions to the sector. Her career reflects a strong focus on strategy, operational excellence, and elevating standards in leasing and property management.
