Karen Williamson

Karen Williamson is a Senior Advisor with deep expertise across agency, client-side, and the UK living sector. She launched her own residential consultancy in 2017, advising clients including Get Living London, Tipi, Cortland, IRPM, Lyvly, and RICS.

Previously Associate Director at Get Living, Karen’s key achievements included saving £1m+ through licensing exemptions, developing board-level protocols, co-authoring operational standards, and serving as Trustee of the £1m East Village Trust. Karen also held senior roles at Grosvenor, managing a mixed-use portfolio in Mayfair with annual rental income of c.£40m.

She previously served on the UKAA Education & Research Committee, The Dispute Service forum, and contributed to the Government’s PRS Affordability and Security Working Group. Karen is an Associate RICS, a Fellow of ARLA, and delivers accredited CPD training across the sector.
