Jessica is a Consultant at GAA Living, who supports the team in delivering a full spectrum of advisory services across the rental living sector. She plays a key role in public sector engagement, working closely with local authorities and development corporations to help shape and deliver successful residential and mixed-use developments.
With over 10 years’ experience in development consultancy, Jessica’s career spans Drivers Jonas and Deloitte Real Estate, advising both public and private sector clients on a wide range of mixed-use projects.
A Chartered Surveyor with an MA in Property Valuation and Law, she brings strong expertise in development consultancy and viability analysis, alongside a deep understanding of the public sector landscape.
